Machine Operator -1st

PAY RATE: $16.00

Employee Fit:
• Lights is preferred but heavies are ok as long as they have experience working with small parts and very repetitive work.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds.
• For this position, EEs will have the option to sit or stand.
• No quota but Lead will let them know the average amount of units that must be completed per day
• Must be open to repetitive work.
• If candidate wants a fast paced position, this is Not the position for them.
• Must be able to communicate with an ENGLISH SPEAKER ONLY – WILL INTERVIEW IN English
• Must be able to work in a direct and out going environment. Not shy.
• ABSOLUTELY NO LONG NAILS – SHORT AND PAINTED NAILS ARE OK. THEY WILL BE WORKING WITH SMALL PARTS.
• Must be able to work in a small company/Machine shop environment.
