Rate of Pay: $23.00 per hour


Position Title: Project Coordinator Location: Pomona, CA Classification: Temporary Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Experience: 2 to 3 years as a Project Coordinator or in an Administrative capacity, preferably in the Construction Industry, but not required. Education: High School Diploma Protech Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an articulate, organized and excellent communicator that will be in charge of supporting the Project Management team for our client. The Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers with scheduling, data entry, sub contractor recruitment, general clerical duties, and material orders. The position will also entail, but not limited to; answering phones, strong phone etiquette and able to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and via email. The right candidate will have excellent multi-tasking skills, able to work and manage different projects at once, limited room for error and able to execute consistently. Required Qualifications :

2-3 Years of Administrative or Project Coordinator experience. Must know how to read and interpret Construction Blue-Prints and Drawings.
