Position Tittle: Sales Manager

Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Dallas, TX

Rate of Pay: $70K-$75K - Salary + Commission

Type: DIRECT HIRE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support of existing customers.
• Participation in the development of sales strategies and action plans as well as their implementation
• Prepare sales budgets for assigned existing customers as well as for any future business opportunities that are in the pipeline.
• Taking project lead.
• Oversee pricing and enforcement, sales negotiations, and sales closings.
• Conducting competitive intelligence and market analysis.
• Performing sales controlling and analysis of customers and products.
• Organization of the necessary trainings of the sales partners and measurement of their target achievement

YOUR PROFILE
• At least 3 years of experience in sales of technical B2B products.
• Excellent understanding of business contexts, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation.
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team while being remotely based.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
